Max of 100 tickets/attendees in your backyard
1-1:15 hour worth of music
7:00-9:30 pm event - Doors open at 7 pm, concert begins at 7:30 pm, all noise done by 8:45 pm, and band packed by 9:30 pm.
The band trio arrives between 4-4:30 pm for setup.
No seating will need to be provided. This will be BYO lawn chair or blanket event.
- Bathroom access for attendees is based on the home owner’s preference and will be communicated to all attendees per location.
Ticket Sales will be $12 via Eventbrite ($13.66 W FEES).
Parking needs to be available or a designated area should be communicated to the attendees.
We need access to the backyard via a gate to avoid bringing folks through your home.
Your backyard would need to accommodate 50 people comfortably while having enough room for a three-piece band and full sound system.
You are not responsible for advertising, but any spreading of the word is welcome.
You must have easily accessible power outlets for the band sound system.
Expect continued contact with Kevin and/or a band member to wrap up any remaining details.
